Accuracy after 21 days ???

Hi everyone , I had sex about 22 days ago and I took a pregnancy test at 21 days (yesterday ) . I am on the pill and we used a condom but due to leaving my pack at home I had to pick up where I left off with a different brand (didn’t miss a pill) so I took a test just in case. Plus I am going to the doctor tomorrow with my mom because I have been having stomach troubles for a month now and I didn’t want any surprises 😅 Would you say I can trust these results ?
