Confusing symptoms

So I posted what's in the picture below, and nobody responded. I've already had my period. (A week ago) And I still have random side effects from what I posted below. My boobs, back, sides and tummy are super sore often. Also.. I never have any period symptoms after my period so this is strange to me. And sometimes I ll pee in the morning, and then an hour later when I turn on the tap to brush my teeth, I get the pee feeling again but I don't go. What could this be?
