No answers, so frustrating!

Went to the obgyn today, didn’t do blood test. They just did a sonogram, they said my uterus (I can’t recall exactly) was thick and that’s normal during early pregnancy. They found a sack but inside she said it looked abnormal, she said it looked like tissue but she wasn’t sure. She also was unable to find my left ovary......they want me to go tomorrow so they can do blood test and another sonogram.....bleeding is still going on, this is just too frustrating and emotionally draining....attached are some pictures that I was able to take...
