Help I need advice

I started birth control a month and a half ago. I’m on the pill. I take it the right way exactly at 9:30 AM everyday I’ve never been late or early taking it. I’ve taken one complete pack and today just started the third week of the second pack. I had unprotected sex (no condom) two days ago 10-23- 20)I have unprotected sex (no condom) sometimes maybe once every two weeks and thats it it’s not a everyday thing. However today my vagina is spotting like a light pink blood can this be pregnancy or am I protected. Also eve says I’m supposed to start my period in 10 days and like I said today is the first day of the third week in my second months birth control pack??

Please give advice Thankyou. And please no hate I have no women in my life who could help me learn about these things. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative could it be to early or am I protected and not pregnant.

UPDATE: I still haven’t had my period eve days I’m supposed to have it in 2 days. And I’m on the second pill of the last week in this months birth control packet
