Who cleans it up? Part 2

Question

Kendra is spending the night at her friend Lacys house while her house is being fumigated. Lacy has inside dogs. While Lacy is in another room, Kendra is sitting alone and one of the dogs proceeds to pee in the floor. Kendra does nothing. Lacy comes in and is upset that Kendra did not clean up the dogs mess. 
Who is more obligated to clean the urine up in your opinion?

It is lacys responsibility. 
My boyfriend and I just had our friends stay over for a few days (they had nowhere else to go atm) . My cat shit on the floor during their stay & my friend told me about it. I cleaned it up no problem, as it’s not her cat so not her problem.

Whoever owns the dog... so the friend doesn’t have to clean it up but should’ve went & told lacy; Either way it’s not the kendras responsibility to clean up someone else’s dog pee or poop.

I voted Kendra because I couldn't imagine just sitting there doing nothing while there was animal waste just sitting there on the floor. If I was Lacy, I'd be mortified and clean it up as soon as I saw it but I'd also be disgusted my friend just sat there and didn't come tell me.

I mean it's Lacy's responsibility, but who just sits there after a dog pees on the floor in front of them? At the same time, why did Lacy basically leave a dog that pees on the floor unattended. The only way to stop that really is taking the dog out more and keeping it near you so you can watch for signs that it needs to go.
