Obgyn thinks I might be pregnant anyone ever had something similar?

I go in for blood work due to my low hcg levels usually every pregnancy! I never spot unless I’m on birth control. I’m not on any medication nor do I feel stressed but why when I wipe it looks like this it’s a weird pinkish and it’s only when I wipe 🙄
