Round Ligament Pain?

Ive been feeling great lately at 32w5d. Honestly, better than I did a month ago. Had a growth scan this morning and she’s head down 4lbs 11oz. Guess I jinxed myself because this afternoon I was at the store and suddenly got a very sharp 8/10 pain right and my navel shooting down. When I stopped moving it lessened some but still was painful. After trying to walk several steps and breaking into a sweat and near panic at being alone and realizing I couldn’t even make it to the car I just stood still for about 5 min and the pain lessened and I was able to move. Hasnt happened again, tho I am pretty sore and walking hurts. Does this sound like round ligament pain? I also have pretty minor SPD but this pain has always been lower.
