Just diagnosed

Hey ladies! I was just recently diagnosed with PCOS about 3 weeks ago. My hubby and I have been TTC for 9 months now. I've been off bc since February, and have only had one period since. Not only do I have PCOS but also Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I try t stay positive but in all reality I'm completely at a loss for words and sad. I started metformin 3 weeks ago, and still nothing. I'm scared for what's to come. I've wanted to be a mommy for so long and I'm afraid it will never happen. Just need somewhere to vent. And if anyone has any positive information that would be great. I'm still trying to wrap my head around thing.
