please help idk what’s going on

ok so i have a question and i just need help. typically i get really really wet without him even doing anything but recently even when he does something like finger me for a minute or so i won’t get wet until like five minutes after. i’m scared it’s because i’m not attracted to him suddenly even though i am so idk why that would happen. at the same time i just got diagnosed with mono, going through a really bad depression, and my period is four days late. i haven’t even been getting wet with myself at all. any thoughts?
