BFP after MMC. No sore boobs?

I had a D&C on September 11th. I had a cycle on October 11. I didn’t track this month. I had a some weird cramping so I just took a test (estimating either 10 or 11dpo), and it was positive. The weird thing is that last time my boobs were SO sore. And they aren’t sore at all this time. That makes me nervous. I feel like I could start my period any second. But the line was obviously there, and it was positive on a digital. This happen to anyone else?
