First period?

Hi all, I’m looking for some insight.

I’m currently 13 weeks PP and have been bleeding for about 10 days now. It started off very slow with brown blood and then ramped up to almost like a full period but moderate flow as bright red with some clots. Is this my first period or is this something I should be worried about?At 9 weeks, I also bled for 3 days very light but it was brown old blood.
