Gestational diabetes, tired of breakfast
It’s 11am. I haven’t eaten yet because I slept in today but then wasn’t hungry. Now I’m
Hungry but the thought of my everyday breakfast is just making me not want to eat.
Everyday I have 2 egg whites with cheese, on a slice of wheat toast.
That’s been breakfast for 2 weeks now. Everything else I look up for ideas is stuff I have to make and don’t have. Even if I did have it, it’s not really stuff I like.
Anyone else really struggle with figuring out the meal planning on your own?
