7 weeks no heartbeat

I had an early scan last week with my GYN (no longer does OB) and measured at 6w4d and the tech let me watch during the scan and I thought we saw the flickering heart beat but could not hear. We aren’t sure since my cycles are so irregular so we went by the measurement. My scans last week had in range CRL and sac sizes however my progesterone was low and I was put on progesterone suppositories. My GYN attempted to call this new OBGYN for 3 days and was never able to get her to call back.

I had another scan today which would make me 7w5d. The tech had the screen turned away so I could not see anything. At the end she printed out the ultrasound and gave it to me and said she was going to get another tech because she was having a hard time finding a heartbeat. She came back in and said get dressed we’re done and I’m going to have you meet with the doctor.

She came in and said I’m sorry we have to meet like this...I guess you heard? I’m like uhhh? No? She said well there’s no heartbeat so we need to do 1 of 3 things...1. D&C and I can do it today 2. Meds to start miscarry or 3. Do it naturally. I said I would rather wait and see. I was just very put off by the way she broke the news to me and feeling unsettled because on my ultrasound it says they had me down at 8 weeks 3 days?

The baby looks much bigger compared to my last ultrasound that was just last week! What do I do?! She also said to quit the progesterone suppository... but if there is a chance I want to keep taking them!

These ultrasounds are exactly a week and a day apart.
