Help me please !!!

I’m 4+6 pregnant. I’ve had minor cramping but no blood since last night in my back. I went to the ER since my OB wouldn’t take me. They did an ultrasound and my uterus is empty but my HCG level is 102. I’m going to do a blood test in 2 days again but the doctor said I’m still very early so we can’t determine anything. Just need to make sure levels are doubling. Has anyone had levels this low and had a healthy pregnancy ?
