Heart palpitations ??

I’m 23 weeks this Saturday. I’ve been struggling to breathe for about a month now but I chalked it up to normal pregnancy and being a short person, short torso, baby taking up room. Well over the last week or two, I’ve noticed a fluttering in my chest. A couple times every hour. Takes my breath away momentarily. Pretty sure it’s palpitations or an irregularity? Anyone else experiencing this? I have an appointment next Tuesday. Trying to determine if I should be seen before then...

I have heart palpitations allll the time, have for my whole life and it’s definitely increased during pregnancies!

I have this too. Doc says it can be normal but if it would make me feel better I could have a test. They would hook me up to a ekg to-go, something you'd wear for 24 hours and then radiologist would read results. And possibly get cardiologist involved. 
I decided to just wait and watch. Now really monitoring blood pressure and heart rate to see if there's any correlation.

Yes! I’ve been feel that way. My OB referred me to a cardiologist who is doing a few test, checking thyroid, wearing a heart monitor for a week and an echo. He said it could be normal pregnancy but what’s to rule out other possibilities first.

Yep
It was explained to me that we have more blood and more work for our hearts right now so they’re working overtime. As long as there is no pain or major symptoms (like more edema than normal) but tell your doctor
