Between political parties.. Can someone help?

I’m unsure what political party I should consider myself. Please forgive any ignorance, as I am young and trying to branch out on my own with politics, for the first time, as someone who has grown up in a republican family.

I have realized I really don’t like some of the values & policies anymore now as a young adult who is trying to be more informed in politics. However I am a Christian.

I’ve slowly began realizing even though I’m not for abortion, I shouldn’t tell another woman that she shouldn’t get one if she’s in a position to feel she needs one. I feel saddened by the thoughts of aborting a baby, but also saddened by the circumstances of the woman who feels she has to have one.

I don’t oppose gay marriage like most conservatives. I don’t oppose them being able to adopt.

I don’t oppose the legalization of medical marijuana.

I support BLM, but I don’t believe cops should be defunded either.

I love the idea of being a country for others to seek refuge in and be able to be their safe place, but I also believe immigrants should become legal. Maybe the system should make it easier for them to become legal? I want to extend a helping hand to ALL, but want to be safe in doing so of course, and still worry about letting terrorists into our country.

I am FOR fracking and do not believe we should stop it.

I’m for people being armed, but I do think it should be way harder to possess guns.

I feel this is barely scraping the surface. But as I said, I’m still trying to learn for myself instead of just what I’ve been taught by my family. I want to be for EVERYONE & do what’s right. I’m curious if anyone else has had similar beliefs and what political party do you fall under?
