Panic attack? Something medical? Should I be concerned?
(I am not diagnosed with anything, I’m not trying to self diagnose just wondering if this is a medical issue or just a panic attack). I’ve had a few panic attacks before, I got them while smoking weed and had a bunch within the weeks after that/corona (they fell on top of each other, so I had a lot of overall stress). I haven’t had one for months. About an hour ago I was laying in bed with absolutely no stress, I was honestly pretty relaxed. Suddenly I had a weird head vibrating sensation, then my whole body began to vibrate/shiver?. I felt very dissociated, like my chest was being constricted, my hands and feet felt extremely sweaty, and nauseous. I’ve had these symptoms before, but never the vibrations/shivering? It lasted about 10 minutes. Is this a normal panic attack or something other? I feel ok now, just tired.
