Cramps, pink discharge and clots after sex

So I had sex a few days ago, I’m on cycle day 10 and have the hormonal IUD (inserted 07/2019).

I had light pink discharge yesterday and some clots (smaller than your little fingernail). My discharge is back to normal today, but I’m having some uterine cramps on my left side.

Back when I wasn’t on contraception I ovulated around CD10-11, and used to cramp when I ovulated.

Anyone know what might be going on? Is it worth getting an ovulation test just in case?
