Too tired for sex

Okay so I’ve been with my husband for almost 10 years, I am 30 and he’s 36. Lately my sex drive is on overdrive and my husband can’t keep up. He’s always tired at night but would rather be up on his phone watching politics all night? I’ve resulted in using a vibrator but now he’s pissed bc he feels am demeaning him. In my mind I rather use a vibrator than go out to cheat. Any couples been in this situation and prevailed? We’ve had a lot of ups and downs the last 3 years but we’re sexually active more frequently. I wonder if it’s something else but he just says he’s always tired.
