I have always struggled with body image & weight. I am 5'7 & 245lbs. I'm mostly top heavy, it's hard to tell with the clothes on but I have a lot of belly & broad chest. My back is thick & I have to wear sizes 3x-5x because of the broadness. I feel so fat
