Blocked duct but not pregnant?

Good morning all! My name is Dee and this is my first official post since joining glow 15 months ago. I've been TTC for about 14 months now--- 2 pregnancies and 2 D&Cs unfortunately. My period is due in a few days and I noticed 2 lumps in my left breast that hurt to the touch and move--- in reading online it appears to be blocked ducts. They seemed to have developed suddenly. Has anyone experienced this when not pregnant? Perhaps my hormones are out of wack? I'm going to call my doc as soon as the office opens but was wondering if anyone has experiences they can share.
