217 to 145!
So for starter excuse the messy mirror🙈 But just about a year now I've went from 217lbs all the way down to 145. Not yet reached my goal but extremely happy with results. However is there any tips on how to tone my belly🙈 im proud of my weight loss but my tummy makes me self conscious not to mention my boyfriend makes small remarks about it😫
