Anterior Placenta

I am 23 weeks 1 day and still have yet to feel distinguishable movements I am a plus size lady weighing around 231lbs 5'4. Ftm I have felt slight twitched in my lower belly but not sure if that's baby or if I'm just hoping it to be. My first pregnancy I only got to week 8 so this is my rainbow baby just not sure what it will feel like or when it will be strong enough to be distinguishable. At my anatomy scan the baby was weighing around 11 oz.
