Does trigger fluctuate same day

Okay I think I’ve heard some people get darker tests in the afternoon so I’m not thinking too much about it but wanted to see what other peoples experience has been. Took a test this morning 9dpt and it was basically negative.. the faintest line. Then took another this afternoon with a 2 hour hold and the line is darker.

Is it most likely the trigger shot just picked up more this afternoon? I know it’s still very early and I’ll have to keep testing to know for sure but really curious. Most people say fmu is stronger.
