Custody battle help please

So I’m getting ready to leave my bf he i posted on here before about how he is verbally and emotionally abusive to not only me but my 7 month old and his 5 yr old from a previous relationship. A lot of you told me to record him and so I did I got him on camera yelling shut the fuck up to my 7 month old for crying and threatening to kick my door down if I don’t let him in. I also got his parents on camera saying how they will agree to supervised visits and he is manipulative I should’ve listened to them etc. I was reading online and it says the in some states using recordings without the other persons knowledge aren’t allowed in court but luckily I live in Texas and it seems that Texas allows this from the story that I read that’s what I gathered atleast. He’s currently still living here and refuses to leave everytime I tell him to go he threatens me and says he’s not going anywhere and hes not afraid of the cops. I just want to make sure I have everything I need to keep my son out of the custody of him. I do not want joint custody he is unfit and I don’t trust him I also have msgs with him cursing me out like I’m a piece of dirt. The only thing is I was dumb and didn’t delete his name so that it shows his phone number instead of just his contact name I have the phone number on the newer ones tho will that be an issue? Also his mom although I have her on tape saying all of this stuff about him I feel that once we go to court she will get involved n try to help him bc she did that with his last child and got him joint custody (his parents have decent money) but I have her and her husband on tape saying how he is horrible and unfit etc. could she stop that tape from being used as evidence for me if it gets to that point ? Please I need all the help I can get. I need to get us away from this monster.
