Help... off topic...

I used this money app ( like PayPal, Zelle, etc. ) because I was getting stuff delivered and they took payments from there or in cash and I bought something but it doesn’t show in my actual bank app that the money has been used, is this normal?? I called the site and they said that it should take 2-4 days til it shows up in the actual bank app and that the bank technically doesn’t know about the transaction yet. I’ve never had that happen before?
