Could you get past being cheated on?

I’m talking about remembering it and feeling sick to your stomach and disgusted.

I would never stay with a cheater. I have however gotten over being cheated on in the past And moved on with my life.

Never, would never want to, be able to, or let myself get past it in that relationship as I feel I would be disrespecting myself if I forgave him. I'd leave him and move on, but even then it would forever be an insecurity for me. Always wondering if I'm good enough.

I think it depends on if you mean get past it in the same relationship, or get past it in general while working to move on. IMO I would never tolerate cheating and there would be no moving past it in the relationship. I would heal on my own and find someone that respects me.

It depends I feel. My husband cheated on me before we got married like right after our daughter was born but we have been able to work on our relationship and ironic enough it’s made us stronger but there are still a lot of insecurities there

I’m really not sure. I’m already an insecure person in relationships because it’s easier for me to fall for a guy than some people. I am very romantic minded and committal. I already worry about liking a guy more deeply than he likes me. I don’t think I’d be able to look at him the same way after he cheated. I would never cheat

Depends on the person and serious they are on making things work with their partner 
It’s a team work sort of thing and in order to move past it you have to let it go or else the relationship cannot survive 
In order to do that you’ve gotta forgive them ... you don’t forget but forgiveness needs to be there
It cannot be something you hold over their head as you are making the decision to stay knowing what has happened and move forward
It will not happen overnight it takes time... can take you 2 years to fully recover from infidelity 
Take each day as it comes and remember you are allowed to have feelings and be emotional and communicate about your trust issues and things your working on and towards ... but in a moving forward kind of way 
Communication is key... live for the further not in the past
