How to get this baby out...?

Anyone have any tips that actually worked to induce labor (without doing it medically) once you hit 40 weeks?? I’ve heard of spicy food, turmeric, exercise, etc. just wanna know if anyone can personally testify to something that worked!

I was 40 + 4 with no signs of labor. My husband had heard that pedicures can get something moving, so he sent my for one. I went into labor that night. It’s probably just a coincidence, but at the very least you’d get a little pampering in.

I got a membrane sweep and did evening primrose oil that night (doctor recommended). Contractions started that night and the next morning they gave me a pill do continue contractions. Baby was born that day.

Walking, supported squats, and lunges help. I exercised throughout my second pregnancy and had my baby 3 days early. She was head down when I was 8 months
