Baby rolling over any advice

How are you ladies practicing rolling over with your babies? Or is your 4 month old rolling over? She will roll back to front with a little hep but not front to back. When trying get her to roll front to back she starts to try and lift herself up by reaching arms out and lifting upper body. She spends lots of time on her tummy she actually loves tummy time. She turned 4 months on the 6th. She can sit unsupported for about 30 sec when I timed it. I’ll have ask doc at her appointment I just figure are any of you ladies having trouble with baby rolling it really concerns me..
