High blood pressure

So I’m 18+4 weeks. And I was feeling really dizzy this morning.

I’ve been told by the doctors I’m at risk of preeclampsia because I have a strong family history of it and to watch out for signs and symptoms especially in the third trimester.

So I checked my blood pressure anyway because I was dizzy. And it said 186/118. Which I was like surely that’s wrong so I waited a couple of minutes and checked it again and it said 148/91. Which is high.

And I’ve just been sitting around all morning not up and moving.

I’m going to wait a few hours and see how it is.

But I was wondering if anyone had developed or had signs of preeclampsia early ? Like I’m only 18 weeks 😨😨
