Do you Intermittent Fast?

Please comment why or why not! I'm on the Warrior "Diet" really just a way of living and I'm loving it so much that I wonder if anyone else does!? (I say I intermittent fast because even though the Warrior Diet says you can eat small anounts during the undereating phase - I usually have a cup if black coffee and call it a day before its time to chow down!)
