Herpes but i’m a lesbian???

Okay so I hope someone can relate or help because I don’t see many people talking about it. I recently found out that I have genital herpes and i’ve been going through it but i’m a little better now. My thing is... everything is completely tailored towards heterosexuals when you’re looking up ways to stay safe. Dont get me wrong.. I get it but I feel so lost lol. Oral sex is just completely out of the picture and i’m even scared to get fingered at this point because of herpetic whitlow. I understand that you can use dental dams and take antivirals but the risk is still there. I see a lot of people talking about how they still have sex and it’s fine but like i said with everything that i find .... everyone is heterosexual. Can someone relate or help? Is anyone hsv2 positive and a lesbian?
