Weight Loss Tips Pleaseee

Hey girls! So, I am currently almost 5 months postpartum and at my heaviest weight. I was 175 before pregnancy, 216 at the end of my pregnancy, I DROPPED all the way down to 195 one month postpartum, and now I am back up to the 200s. During the day I am at home with my son and then I work from 5pm-10pm. We live in a very small apartment so I don’t have much room to do any major workouts and I don’t have time to go to a gym.

So, I want to start at least fixing my diet. What are some tips you guys can give me? I don’t have much time to cook so is there anything you suggest like healthy snack foods, or even QUICK and easy healthy meals?
