When did everyone do their babies nursery ?

We moved office furniture out and a crib in around 24 weeks. Never redecorated or repainted.

My baby is due in February and she probably won’t have a nursery until after she’s born. We are moving and she really doesn’t need a nursery at the start

My son is almost 6 months old and we only finished his nursery around a month ago. We still have him in our room so I wasn't really in a rush to get things finished until I knew he would be moving in there.
I mean his cot was up before he was born, but he has a next 2 me crib in our room but the rest of the stuff was added as and when we felt like doing it lol.
