Blurry vision 35w1d

I started to have blurry vision yesterday in my right eye. It feels like something is in it and causing it but nothing is there.

I’ve been being watched for any signs of preeclampsia but I haven’t even been swollen at all this week and been feeling a lot better other than this now so my doctor is about to completely rule out preeclampsia next week at my next appointment ( I’m going weekly rn )

I know I have high ketones.

Has anyone had this happen and know what possibly can cause this? Thanks.

I did check my blood pressure at home ( we have a machine ) and my blood pressure is normal at 104/70

And it’s 130/88

So I’m just gonna keep an eye on it and once it reaches 140 I’ll be calling the doctor for sure!
