Is this site fake?

So my mom sent me a link to a shirt she wants for Christmas. So my dad asked me to order it (he is not great on computers) so I did. It has been over a week and has not been shipped. I started to look more into the site and seeing some people say it is a scam site. Now I am freaking out a little! Anyone have any experience with this site? I can’t even find a way to cancel the order!  Sorry the site is chicwer.com

From what I can tell, they are Chinese and I don’t see any security settings for anything. I personally wouldn’t buy anything directly (or even indirectly if I could help it) from a company owned by communist China. They now how your information... 😳😬 But the good news, it will probably just take a while to get to you because it has to travel across an ocean!! So it’s probably coming.. it just has a long way to go. I would email the company and asked them what is taking so long.

I’d go ahead and contact bank to stop payment and try to find a similar shirt somewhere else.

Depending on the credit card company you can cancel payment directly with them and let them know it’s because of a scam site. Same thing happened to me when I bought a car seat on a site that had a bad reputation.
Since you said you can’t find the shirt I would go on Etsy and have someone make it for you. It will be more expensive possibly, but I bet better quality and more reliable.

Write and ask them (even though a lot of Chinese businesses have below zero costumer service), many many Many deliveries get lost, not always the companies fault. And sometimes it’s just slow
