BFP for Baby #2 but weeks not changing

We got a BFP last Sunday for Baby #2 which took us by suprise as our first Munchkin took over 4 years to concieve and we werent particularly trying this time!

First test showed 2-3 weeks which is about right as we can narrow conception down fairly well. But tested again this morning and no change a week later! We should be about 5 weeks tomorrow.

Feeling paranoid and insecure, even more so this time round because we were caught so unaware im positive somethings going to go wrong!

Ive had no cramping or bleeding, just the usual intense nausea and sore boobs consistently throughout.
