Help with decor..

Wanting some help.

I'm a farmhouse fanatic. The decor, the rustic just the washed out white, wood etc. As you can see from my current decor, its a far cry from it. One of those "ill get around to it type of deal."

I need storage solutions for allof these dvds. I entertained the idea of chalk painting the entertainment center white...but I'm afraid il clash with the carpet. Plus if I'm being honest, its not the best quality. 😕

We can't remove the carpet because we rent. Does anyone with any sort of design sense have any suggestions?? Help a girl out on a budget!! Thanks!!
