Infected ingrown/ithink

No pics bcus it’s on my bikini line,

I have a ingrown hair I think which turned into a big red / swollen bump sore to touch and it’s right where my underwear lines with my leg so it’s always being rubbed against causing a lot of discomfort....

I don’t have insurance until January 2021 and I can’t afford out of pocket payments to see somebody

What are some at home things I can do to get rid of it or avoid it getting seriously infected ?

It’s red (looks like it’s full of blood?)

and the size of a large pea right on my bikini line 🥺🥺🥺🥺
