I have a severe problem of dandruff possibly eczema 🙁 any recommendations on how to make it go away? Ive had it for years now but i wasnt that bad like it is now and ive tried all types of shampoos but it doesnt go away🥺

I bet a dermatologist could prescribe you a shampoo for it.

It looks like psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. I'd go to a dermatologist to get properly diagnosed. 
If it's seborrheic dermatitis, Nizoral shampoo should def help. If it's psoriasis, they have topical creams that can make a huge difference in a short period of time!

I use a product called Sulfur 8. It comes in liquid and cream. For hair down I'd recommend the liquid and hair up i find the cream lathers really well.

All of these things are usually diet related, try cutting out gluten and dairy. Up your hydration, it will definitely cut down on any inflammation and outbreaks. If it’s just dandruff tea tree oil may be helpful with that, I’m sure you’ve already tried head and shoulders and things like that exfoliating your scalp that kind of stuff however a lot of these things can flare up due to stress, inflammation is where it really comes from and different things can trigger that that are usually diet related. ￼A diet low in information foods like acidity of tomatoes, chocolate, coffee there’s a long list of things look up an anti-inflammatory diet.

Is it just in the front? I get a couple of spots like that too right in the same place. I use the Dove dandruff shampoo, it’s the only thing that works. I like the coconut one.
