Miscarrying

So Ive been bleeding on and off for a week now Saturday I bled the heaviest with a clot so I suspect I am miscarrying the only thing is I haven’t had any real pain just a few cramps here and there I took this test an hour ago , i have an appointment in the morning it just looks like it’s getting faint or I’m worried , it’s just stressing me cause I don’t know if I’m miscarrying or not I have a doctors appointment tomorrow kinda looking forward to it kind of not 😭
