Workplace please help

I recently started working for a temp agency to work just checking temperatures. As soon the patients walk in I check their temperatures and get name and number. Then , I say they can go to the front desk. What has been bothering is that the manager is so ghetto. She constantly smoking leaves her smoke bud by the window and comes inside then goes back outside gets on her phone and smokes. The other day she left her cigarettes and lighter on the desk. We work for a eye doctor America’s best . She left it here can ppl see it and little kids come in to get glasses too. I been there 3 weeks tomorrow and I can’t stand her nasty . Stating all the time I’m the manager.
