5weeks 6days I started spotting on yesterday all day brown with little cramping but by the end of the day my spotting turned bright red and strong cramping all night and by the morning heavy bleeding so depressing to feel you finally after 18yrs get pregnant and then gets taken away in a blink of an eye 😭🥺
