Sudden Supply Plummet

Hey ladies,

I'm a FTM & I've been breastfeeding for almost 3 mths now. When I first began I was able to express 8-11oz. after nursing my son. Suddenly, I'm only able to express 3oz total and I'm not altogether sure my son is getting enough to eat. To make sure he still gets nourished, I am nursing then giving him breast milk from storage in a bottle. All he takes is 3oz every 2hrs. Has my supply regulated? Also, my Dr ruled out mastitis, clogged duct or abscess. Could it be another pregnancy?
