I am so frustrated!!!! 😭😭

We planned to try and get into a house this last summer but we didn't quiet qualify.. we are currently in a 2bed 1bath apartment, my husband and I are in one room and we've got our 3 kids (12, 5 & 2)in the other room.. we are cramped but in all honesty it isn't terrible and we make it work pretty well.

We are playing with the idea of trying for #4 and trying to qualify for a home again or upgrading to a 3bed.. I am so frustrated looking at rent prices since I stay home we aren't wanting to stretch our income super tight.

I've started looking into manufactured home loans since they are so much cheaper, home prices right now are disgusting! Though I don't think a manufactured home would be right for us since our dream dog most likely wouldn't be allowed in a park.

I am feeling frustrated and defeated 😭😭 but I also don't want to put baby #4 off, and I'm just done with everything right now.
