My bf never gets mad. Sometimes I try to apologize especially if we haven’t done it in a week or so and he shuts me down saying theirs no need to feel bad or apologize for not being in the mood. He would never want to have sex with me if I wasn’t 1000% into it.

I mean if your constantly denying it I can see how he would be a bit frustrated and upset but he still shouldn't get mad at you and if you just occasionally denying it he really shouldn't be getting mad at you. In the 6 years we've been together I've denied my husband several times and he's never once gotten mad at me for it. He respects that I'm not in the mood or just don't want to for whatever reason and that's that.

Nope . I don’t often deny it however but there has been certain situations where we didn’t go through with it because of me and I felt horrible . But my husband never got mad or upset . He was very understanding . I can see where it could be frustrating if someone is always denied but if you choose to not have sex that should he respected . You’re not required to have sex and sometimes people just don’t want too. Sometimes my husband doesn’t want too I don’t get mad . My mind would take me to other reasons but they were never true . Don’t feel forced into having sex ever .
