Am I pregnant?

Hey. So I had unprotected sex the week of sept 6th. I was on birth control at the time but it was my “sugar pills” week. The morning after we had sex I took plan b because he finished inside me three times that night. I thought I was in the clear and even started my period on the 12th that same week. But I haven’t had a period since and I was going to go on the IUD this week but the doctor wanted me to take this prescription to make me start a period but I still have yet to get a period and the doctor says if I don’t get it by the end of the week there’s a chance I might be pregnant. I haven’t had any morning sickness but I’ve had other symptoms but I just thought they were period symptoms... help
