Pregnant After Miscarraige

Hello everyone!

On October 29, I had an early miscarriage. I was about 5 and a half weeks pregnant at the time. My husband and I had unprotected sex once- a week and a few days after my miscarriage. My doctor told me not to get pregnant for 3 months, but he also told me I wouldn’t get my period back for at least a month, so me being ignorant, assumed I wouldn’t get pregnant. I had been feeling pregnant again, each pregnancy I’ve had has had the exact same symptoms - SO tired, headache, and breast pain. So I took a test this morning (I’m 10 days post sex- don’t know when I ovulated obviously), and got a VERY faint positive. So I think I’m pregnant. I’m super happy, but also insanely nervous because my doctor told me not to get pregnant for 3 months. Has this happened to anyone else and did you have a successful pregnancy? I’m terrified to tell my doctor now! 😬
