I’m to damn old for this! Someone help or knock some sense into me please 😑🥺

I have been talking to a guy for 3 months now. The usual, starts off great, dates, text/talk everyday, good mornings and good nights and now we are here where it slowly started diminishing to lesser texts from him, longer wait time to hear back, and eventually a day or two without hearing from him period and now to not even a good morning text or nights.

We are not official yet and yes, we’ve had sex a couple of times, but I just feel he’s growing distant. I was recently on vacation and he seemed to have texted me more, like in the beginning and perfectly fine but he fell off after mid-week on vacation, than again I didn’t have great service so I couldn’t respond much but he still texted here and there. Than radio silence the last two days before my return and he texted me that night asking if I was ready to come back to reality.

Idk ladies I honestly hate this confusion and this hot and cold approach from him. All I want is effort and time from his end, but I seem to be getting less and less. I reached out to him the couple of times his gone M.I.A and he’ll respond but I’m just getting tired myself and pulling back now because of the lack of interest or effort I’m seeing. I genuinely like him a lot and we’ve known each other for years. I just don’t know if I need to keep placing my effort into this or reach out and keep it going, it’s as almost sometimes he doesn’t care to even talk to me. I need advice from you ladies please. A girl is ready to throw in the towel
