Sex with husband

Does your husband tell you that they have to Jack off/ watch porn to be able to last longer with you later that day? I’ve tried to stress to my husband that I want communication, I don’t mind if he does it himself but I feel like if I really want to have sex that day he shouldn’t do it himself and wait on me. Because 90% of the time we never do it that day then I’m stuck either with nothing or having to do it myself which I hate. I feel like he just uses it as an excuse so he can watch porn and do it himself. Am I wrong? I mean the days I really want sex and he doesn’t want to do it I’m out of luck. But yet I have to have sex whenever he wants to even if I don’t.
